Account Executive

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years experience selling with excellent prospecting, relationship building and closing skills. Candidates must have great account management skills, listening ability, above average problem solving skills, written and verbal presentation experience and a good phone presence. Success in this position comes from Team Selling, knowledge of security, networks and/or computer systems. Network Technical and Design Engineer

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years experience designing and implementing secure network infrastructures, both LAN and WAN. Experience with on–site and remote support and management of multiple networks; creation and upkeep of customer network documentation; administration of managed services clients is required. Candidate must have a minimum certification of MCSE with excellent skills and experience with migrating, installing, administration and troubleshooting Windows 2000 and 2003 Server, Active Directory, terminal services and Exchange 2000/2003.

The Engineer must have experience in routing, TCP/IP protocols, multiple antivirus and spyware solutions, backup solutions from Veritas and Computer Associates. A strong security background including firewalls, VPNs, authentication and encryption is helpful.

Candidate must have strong communication and analytical skills, a can–do attitude, and a willingness to represent the company in a technical and consultative role.

Field Technician

The ideal candidate will be an experienced technician who can be dispatched to in–house and to outbound service calls around the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. The technician will be responsible for setting up, installing, configuring, maintaining, and relocating computer equipment and/or software. In addition, the technician will troubleshoot and/or repair a variety of hardware/software equipment problems.

Technician needs to be A+ certified and HP APS certified for laptops and desktops/Needs at least 2+ years of meaningful experience in Windows software troubleshooting including at least Windows 98, 2000, and XP/Experience with HP or Lexmark printers/ Wireless experience is a plus.

Candidate needs good written and verbal communication skills and great customer relationship skills. Troubleshooting skills are extremely important in all aspects of the job. Candidate must be a team player who helps out in any situation.
